Marinated Tofu Salad

Marinated Tofu Salad

This is a great Asian inspired salad that is good on its own or as a part of a meal. There are many different types of good fresh marinated tofu available from supermarkets and health stores; or alternatively you can marinate your own. With the addition of different vegetables this salad is flavourful and a good vegan source of vitamins and protein.

Any chance there will be a recipe for a baked marinate tofu anytime soon? I buy them in the supermarket, and I wish I knew how to make them myself!
